The one in the middle is HORRIBLE! Bad Axe is below average Metal. 2 years of rehearsing and it would have become a Metal album.
Hammeron is ok, no problem with it, but Dwarr ... Dwarr!!! Brrrr not even when I'm on drugs ... :mrgreen:
I wonder what comes next? The Plads ...??? Dark Ages??? Vaughn??? Hammer Witch??? Reencarnacion??? Blasfemia??? Real Steel??? Far East???

Some photo's remind me I have to revisit some records.

That Messiah LP used to be quite easy to find; still expensive though. Great record, although side A is MUCH better than side B imo.

Prowler, DWARR rule. And you don't need drugs. DWARR are a drug. Shame, Duane only did two albums in this high state.

Prowler: DWARR ruuuule! But for the general "metal fan" it's probably more people disliking his stuff than enjoying it. Weed + Dwarr is a massive success even if it's a big success without drugs as well. ;)

Witch was hard to get into. I fell for two songs straight away (Poison and Something Evil) which I Think is absolutely brilliant. The rest of the album is nice listening but defenitely not a masterpiece. Nevertheless very charming and odd which is a big boner factor for me, as well as the fantastic cover art.

I don't really know anything about it. Like many other people I first read about and downloaded it on Andrew Buntine's blog a few years ago. It's a cool & primitive, very czech troglodyte-thrasher but hardly a top-10 (or top-50) fave if I'm to be honest. No dedications on my copy.

Yes and no... musically it's traditional Czech/'East-Euro' Metal, like Citron, Vitacit, Kreyson etc but not really that special songwritingwise ...AND there's 4 (FOUR!) bloody ballads on it :evil:
Getting lucky + finding it cheap + being an almost-completist of Eastern Steel is the reason I grabbed it. Probably one of the rarest records I've ever owned.
