value of lp's locally produced for a special occasion.

lp's that was manufactured locally at some countries to be given "free" at say , a concert of that band in in that country by some local label .once some 20/30 years have passed and someone offer it in ebay or other sites, is that raise their value ?or lower it?

one might jump to say its a unique version, hence rare, and worth more then a regular non-first press printing, however since it was made to be given for free... i asume they wouldn't really do a quality production...

any thoughts? how much would you willing to go over the normal price of a non first press of the lp
