Just came across this label on Discogs, looks very much like a "non-official" label, can anybody confirm this?

if you are talking about the Swedish Record shop/label that released the first Heavy Load record, it was a one record company that carried on as a record shop until a couple of years ago. i actually visited that store in Stockholm once...pretty cool guy the owner too!

I personally have a hunch who is behind this label and it may well come from my country of Poland. What I know is that this label is totally not-official.

Other than the Heavy Load EP, everything else is available officially on CD anyway.
