Quiet Riot first 2 albums on CD?

I need to clear that (maybe there was this question before but can't find it) to be 100% shure (i'm 99% there isn't any).
Are those 2 albums (Quiet Riot-1977 and Quiet Riot II-1978) ever officialy released on CD, any old Japan press or new one??
As i can see Epic release does not exist, CDEPC32784 and CDEPC32783 are Boot!
But what is this (probably also boot):

according to Metal Archives the only offcial cd pressings of these two albums are by Red Novelty Records, the release year is 2003 but i went to discogs to see if they have 'em listed, no but the only cd copies they have are the bootleg copies that have the Epic logo

so to summon all this up for you, i don't think these albums have been propperly reissued on cd, hell i don't think the reissues by Red Novelty Records are legit, don't even know if copies even exist.
