COLLECTOR PORN
Oh Dan, so I can't be critical, and I should always be in a 'normal' mood when posting? People gave Blackstele tons of shit for paying lots for items but now it's not ok? I think Scratch is crap and over-hyped so I'll say it.
Are you the tyrant, who cast them to the sea?

I'll do my best to make a decent upload soon.DaN wrote:That's the split w/ YOKE OF STEEL right? I'd love to see an upload of it, mainly because that band name, um... "fascinates" me.
Yes, it's the split. I first heard it at Fils Du Metal's place and i thought it's pretty cool.

Critizism and discussions are encouraged here (heck, it's even a forum rule) but yes please, "normal mood" is always best while in front of the 'puter I think. About collector-mania and its pros & cons, I'm sure there's old threads out there about it and you're welcome to bump them.daniel wrote:Oh Dan, so I can't be critical, and I should always be in a 'normal' mood when posting? I just though sovdat's comment was pretty spot-on and your "wiseguy" reply was, well... ironic.
...and Kiki was at least funny-crazy.
Well, of course I'm not angry.
Just think it's weird if pro-comments are ok and negative ones not so on here... yeah understand the need to keep it from turning into a huge mess though
Sovdat, well, ... I just don't bother listening to exclusive CD collectors much, it's like some joke to me. Which in itself is an elitist statement but here I am admitting it.
The wieguy thing...ok...just didn't think there was too much wit in his rebuttal overall, just generic as I said. I get emotional and post things, didn't issue any death-threats here, so don't think I was out of line.

More pRoN:
As a "genre" I think Italian Metal compilations has an impressive score record of Amazing Cover Art.
OK, the "Heavy Rendez-vous" is the only one i own, too, but among the rest there are only 2 comps whose existence i was aware of. The other ones: never seen before...
Sounds like you need to read up then! I'm less than halfway to that pic myself, but I must say that while I am not a huge fan of Italian metal in general, compilation-wise it has a high ratio of awesomeness!Fire Down Under wrote:OK, the "Heavy Rendez-vous" is the only one i own, too, but among the rest there are only 2 comps whose existence i was aware of.
