Holy shit! That Sabbat collection is awsome!
Heres another picture taken fairly recently. Its just missing that one Metal Massacre comp, but thats a lot easier to get so Im not in a rush to get it.
Thats LP, CD, Glossy photo and poster from the press pack (came with my copy of the LP), and comps that theyve appeared on (Northcoast Steel, Convicted To The Avant Garde, Auburn Records: The First 20 Years). The Auburn sampler was limited to 100 and distributed for free at the 20 Year anniversary show. It includes a recording of Nightcrawler playing a completely re-vamped version of "Soldier In Time" in 2004 with Kenny Easterly (Purgatory) on drums and Jim Hamar (Breaker) on vocals!

Heres one I took a while ago.
It includes...
- Tied To The Trax LP
- Purgatory EP (Signed)
- Tied To The Trax Test Pressing (Pre-Mixdown, Raw and live sounding!)
- Signed photo of Randy Gonce as "Randy Gonce of Purgatory"
- Signed photo of Randy Gonce as "Batman"
- Tied To The Trax Cassette
- Dr. Pain Cassette demo
- The original "Tied to the trax" art (explained below)
- Original 1985 Purgatory logo iron (explained below)
- Cassette of Purgatory playing the entire album Live at Suma Recording studios, laying down the guitar tracks for the album. You can hear some of the leads and solos that made it to the final mix, but everything else is live and raw and its awesome quality.
The mailing box, phone, and jewel cases are there by accident...but whatever...
Original art - When Bill Peters had the art from the album painted he took the original and altered the colors, before presenting it to the band. They pretty much said "Wow, thats awesome" and that was set to be the art for the LP release. Later on, in early 86 the band saw the original, unaltered painting and decided that they'd rather use that...so they did. Thats what you see on all copies of "Tied..." today.
Iron ons - In late 1985 the band made a bunch of logo Iron-ons and gave them out to their friends. Below you can see a picture of Greg Perry wearing one of them at Suma Recording studios, recording Tied To The Trax.
Greg wearing one of the Iron-ons...
Heres a picture of Bob, the guy who introduced them before their shows, wearing one of the iron-ons...

The Answer Machine? is actually one of my favourite Skyclad records. Great emotional atmospheric stuff.®O©O wrote:I was big fan of Skyclad before Answer machine and have almost all from them,Korgüll wrote:®O©O are you a fan of Skyclad as well?
