it seems someone else from Greece tried to do the same as Perakis "selling" a Valhalla "lightning in the sky" 7" on ebay and accepting only bank transfer as payment...finally closed the auction (I guess for an heavy offer privately received)....and the guy is very close to Perakis - so be careful if anyone of you was the "buyer"!

Any chance of getting all the old 'avoid this person' threads worked into this one so all the info is in one place?

DOn't think so, the bidding will be repeated if successful. I doubt the other two would.

If I suspect that an item I won was shill bidded on. (due to bid retractions)

Is there anything I can do after I payed and recieved the item?

bid retraction doesn't mean shill bidding because all buyers can retract his own bid. if i were you (and am sure that is shill bidding), i will leave negative feedback to the seller to let all buyers know that. then the seller may give you full or partial refund instead you revise the feedback. don't report it to ebay. that is total waste of time. ebay don't care it as long as the seller pay ebay fee.
