Not really surprising if you consider how rarely this one shows up. Congrats to you know who you are :D

Alan, take a look at this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRASS-TOAD-Back-O ... 286.c0.m14

Same sleeve as for the Stormqueen. :P Sure it wasn't released with white sleeve? I know 3 people who has got their stormqueen from band members years ago, and they all got white sleeves.

I've bought from him as well with no problems. He seems to have a lot of stock from VinylTap.

I've bought from him a couple of times in the past. He sometimes overstates the condition of the items sold, once sent me a record with a copied PS without mentioning it in the article text, and once sent me a different record than the one I won, claiming he couldn't find it. I did get compensated the second and third time, but I tend to avoid his auctions nowadays.

Yes the condition is a major factor for me also, you can see with your own eyes that the records aren't mint etc. He has never once replied to question I've sent.

I find it strange that he/she lists huge amounts of NWOBHM 45's and gets little or next to no feedback for them. He/she also has a habbit of relisting vinyl with a buy it now, here are a couple of examples.

Trux - ended 17th Oct.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TRUX-BAD-LUCK-NWO ... 796wt_1167

Trux - relsited with a buy it now soon after.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TRUX-BAD-LUCK-NWO ... 684wt_1167

Praying Mantis - ended 10th October.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PRAYING-MANTIS-CA ... 840wt_1167

Praying Mantis - relisted with a buy it now soon after.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PRAYING-MANTIS-CA ... 840wt_1167

Bid with caution.

Yes, I've bought a lot of stuff from Chris/waverleyrecords in the past few years. I've had absolutely no problems or complaints, and he's always answered me quickly, sent extra pictures upon request, etc. He does grade a little high sometimes; NM turns out to be EX perhaps. He's been selling his collection, and yeah, it looks like he picked up some old stock from somewhere, as he has multiple copies of the more common nwobhm items. His auctions usually end at a fair/reasonable price.
Hope that helps
