But didn't you buy it from that French dude in the first place just in order to re-sell it? :D

no, as you know I am French metal maniac and know many dealers in France and many people to trade with. It is not that rare as it is made... I came across about 10 copies over the last 5 years. Before the bootleg is was 500 € (crazy) last copies I gave away for 250 € trade value/cash.

No CD is worth 500 Euro.

I don't care if it was pressed in a quantity of 5 copies...

Wicca LP:

http://cgi.ebay.com/WICCA-Splended-Deed ... 240%3A1318

The sleeve seems to be little fucked up, especially for this price ... yet the grading is M- ???

Hmm I do not think so.I saw profile of this woman on MySpace(The same photo on ebay) few times and seems she is old time in scene so these demos can be real.

This guy is clever. Look at the tapes, all different with a vintage look, but never proprinted. It's the small things that uncover him, like selling a promotape that the band said never existed. Or one of his first auctions where he sold an Impiety demo to someone who knew the band, and the band uncovered it as a bootleg. So he would definately take the effort to create a fake myspace etc. Let's face it, he has made thousands of dollars selling demo's so that's worth some effort.
Anyway, I still don't know what to think of this guy. Most clever bootlegger ever/mixing up bootlegs with originals/selling all originals? It just struck me when seeing these auctions that the writing style in the description is very expeditor alike! But now ofcourse, with a different user background story...if it's the same person.

Is this a one-off auction or do they sell for that price now? I bought one for 1 (one) euro on ebay 5 years ago!

Buying the original to bootleg and then selling off the copies claiming them to be "originals".

Seriously, why are greeks such scammers?
