Ive come accros an easy online / free database website.
if you have your items in a file on the computer, (prefereably EXCEL) its very easy to import.
Just create a few Primary Key Table names (which means like this: ARTIST/ALBUM/YEAR/GENRE whatever).. and you can import it with a simple copy / paste action.

if you have the country in the data , you can add statistics on a webmap , which shows you the world map with records per country. . etc
I use it too. was about 30 min work, could also 5 min, but I ajusted a few things.
