Sorry, i was only joking. I meant the melody & rhythm of the vocal line in the song which you provided reminded me in general of 1980's Eurovision song contest entrants, rather than anything specific. A bit cheesy, in other words.

Not exactly the same but reminds me a bit of Bollweevil's "Sand of Time"

I think the song I heard was in either Finnish, Hungarian, Turkish or some East Asian language, definitely not English.
