Would it be considered totally ignorant to ask who the hell are High On Fire?

I guess this Sami's inquiry fits more into Victim Of Time, say HOF are metal enough, that they shouldn't be pushed straight into Land Of Mystery territory, however, DaN will judge. Extreme/ stoner metal band, though pretty modern and popular, it seems they weren't aped that much. For HOF inspired bands or them-wanabees better ask uncle Google.

Try this site:

It's hit and miss, but amongst the almost irrelevant shit, you could find what you are looking for.

Don't know if the Corroseum is the best place to discuss about this kind of band ...

I'm trying to figure out how this thread is even remotely The Corroseum related?

To me - a valid thread as much as the "Non-Metal plays" thread. And several others also...

Sorry mate - you don't know me because if you did you would know i was just joking or being sarcastic.
I don't know well this band music but Stoner or Doom-Stone or "US-Kinda-Doom" it's not what i really prefer.
On the other hand - give me Procession and i will be totally happy. :D
