Quite a good album, but I read the lyrics and I didn't like their political views.

That's a new one. What were they about? I'm not fishing for a political debate, just curious about their "agenda".

I would rather not go into that but you can read through some of them for yourself and make that judgement if you would like most noteably "england" and "Vicious Bastards".

Zone Zero - Demo 1981 and Heavy Metal 7" 1982

This stuff is EXCELLENT! Especially "Demon from the Kingdom of Death"... what a cracker of a song.

Well, "Vicious Bastards" seems pretty standard anti-war stuff like Metallica's "Disposable Heroes"... and quite a lot of others.

Well I get sick of brits spouting anti war shit, they should have been a punk band if they wanted to talk about such things in my opinion.

Well they did form in 1978 in South Shields, Durham.. during a time when punk still ruled the UK! They certainly didn't sound or look punk, but I guess lyrically they may have been influenced at the time?

...all I care about is their music is GREAT!

NP? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

What first looked like an ordinary case of newyearsday hangover proved to be a bad case of stomachflu, and I just can't listen to music when I'm sick.

This year could really have had a better start :x
