It concerns the legendary band HIGH POWER.

They recorded two playback videos at that time for FR3 , a well-know french channel.

Does someone have already seen those videos ?
When were they recorded exactly ?
Which songs were recorded ?

Do you think it's a waste of time to contact FR3 ?

It seems a real mystery to me.

French metal scene is like a bottomless treasure chest. So many fantastic bands.
Godly solos and melodies, impeccable song writing, and outstanding vocals.
After the United States, I think one can argue France produced the best metal.

There's no way French metal is better than German, just to start...

haha I'm serious. :)
yes yes of course it depends on your personal tastes, like everything else obviously. For example, I think US metal is tops. Followed by Japan, France, Spain, and England. Now I couldn't put them in any specific order since I hold these countries bands in the same regard. However, like I said, if someone were to make an argument for French metal I would certainly consider it 8)

Well, this is The Corroseum, so it would only be appropriate.

I don't really consider 90-92 part of the 90's scene. The Metal from those days had generally more in common with the mid-late 80's. Just my opinion though.

French vs. German Metal thread in the near future?
*****************************************************
In this corner for France (wearing the blue, white and red trunks) from France Big Mouth & Chris Noisehunter From NEW YORK !!!

And in this corner for Germany (wearing the black, red and gold trunks)...who are the German metal fanatics here.......??

The cut off date should be 1986 if that is wrong ??? then 1991.

I like Germany because Accept and the first 2 Grave Digger albums "Heavy Metal Breakdown" and "Witch Hunter", and the godly ragers, trinity of German thrash...Sodom, Destruction and Kreator. and Germany has voicesfromthedarkside.de website

I like France because of Sortilege, H-Bomb with "Attaque", and ADX. and France has Snakepit Heavy Metal Magazine

They also have Berlin Porn Festival, so, yes, they win, hands down.
