That's really interesting, because I have a friend who likes black metal and really likes this song, but doesn't really listen to punk:

but as for punks liking metal, I think as a generally accepted band it's going to be just Motorhead, but there were more punk sounding metal bands, for example Mythra, Atomkraft, perhaps Venom as well.
