Khan (USA) band from 80s

Anyone know this band? Well known names involved into this project but I haven't seen any info about KHAN on net except this picture.

The Penny Arcade was a nigth club in Rochester(NY, http://rocwiki.org/The_Penny_Arcade ),the hometown of Sebastian,Joe and Walt Falen(who now lives in Florida,i found him by googling),the perpetual calendar places the date of the concert to 1985...probably this was one of the first(if not the first ever) experience for the musicians...maybe a cover/tribute band? hope to be helpful!

Well,i added Joe Comeau on FB yesterday and asked him about Khan,he confirmed it was one of his early club band and they only did cover songs,never wrote any original material
