It's Тяжелый День (Hard Day), from Moscow, Russia. This one was released in 1989. I only have listened to В Полет (1987) until now. IMO Мелодия has released better LP's like the one's of Круиз and Мастер

I have heard their debut, it`s just bad. The songs are really, really mediocre with hardly a riff worth listening to. Unrecommended.

Not even in the Russian top 50 but hey this is not so bad as you describe.Daj Mne Znat the first track rules.What's not to like from this track for example?The other tracks have also their moments.
