yeah i have that 7" - it kinda sucks tbh - barely metal, lots of keys. i put the better of the two songs on disc 12, if you're really curious about the flip i can rip it

i'll probably do an update over the next couple weeks on the stuff that has trickled in - not too much, the most wanted titles continue to be elusive

The Vera Spinarova trax of the Ostrava Sessions could be of interest. But they are prohably after 1989.
Almost the whole material here does sound completely different to the only Pirillo 7" Ep from 1987 (which is cool Metal). I'm a bit disappointed ...

The links for the Discs 7, 8 and 12 are broken. Is there any chance for re-uploads?

Not 100% sure but i think nobody yet still talked on this :

Buckshee -Soap (NWOBHM) featured on the 1981 Compilation - "So You Think We're All Farmers" ?

It has a female singer.

I've got alot of more singles featuring female vocalists but didn't take care much of it. The 18 Names LP "Armed & ready" should feature what you're wanting ... 50 % Glam and 50 % Metal with female vocals.

I've got the WOLF from Australia, Rock til you die demo rip, female singer with a raspy hard hitting voice (she sounds similar to the IGNITOR - Take to the Sky vocalist, but back in the 80s)
I'll try to upload it with some other Aussie finds once I'm no longer throttled.

That's a hell of a question ... good luck with finding the answer and searching thru hundreds of obscure expensive 70's US singles.
You don't need to start with the 80's that's for sure! Sweet Jayne from Oztralia started throwing out several tapes in 1978 ... though not all of their stuff was Metal. I'm pretty sure there are a few heavy female fronted US singles before 1978 ...

hahaha I knew the answer will be something like that, sure there's have to be some 70's act who delivered the goods with a lady in front, the hell of a quest it seems.

the oldest band on the comp is dead end 5 who weren't 100% a metal band, but had some really heavy tracks. their albums are pretty cool, they do some finnish language covers of blue oyster cult, ramones, zz top

shakin' street might be a better contender, although a lot of their stuff leans towards hard rock as well

You mean those links are still active or you've kept the downloads for all these years before finally listening?
