The Demo does exist as a genuine Tape, but I'm sure only a few people have ever come across with it.

Anyone into THE BASTARD SQUAD???
They're from Ohio too, I came in contact with the vocalist by my Youtube Video.
Hope to get the material he offered me, so could be interesting what the other songs do sound like.

I am.
Motorhead worship mixed with Punk and Thrash if i still remember how they sound.

From same area - 1 of the best US Metal bands that only released tapes.

Blacklist from Memphis (so not to be confused with the one from Milwaukee, which released "The Sign of 4") allegedly had a four song demo out somewhere in 1987 and here is one of those tracks:

I do not know the other songs from that recording, but if they prove as good as this one (and, unfortunately they don't necessarily have to), then pretty sure it will be one of my fave US demo only bands.
Also, the sound is quite powerful for a demo thing.

This one is complete but the actual song only lasts about 4 minutes and the rest is just silence.

Great stuff indeed. The guy who uploaded those was apparently the vocalist back in the day. Maybe some label can get in touch with him for a release.

I first wish to say I love this thread!

Secondly being from the Pacific NW I have a soft (well most likely hard) on/spot for any and all bands from this area.

All that said I wish upon wishes that I still had the Igniter demo! Circa 1989??? ISH.

Cassette only OF COURSE!

NO its not even remotely associated with the Jason McMasters new band, this was a Seattle/Tacoma band that had a singer who looked like Bobby from Overkill and the hangs we all had were as killer as their music!

I'll never forget the cover either as it had an Eddie looking skeletal dude basically spinning a globe/orb of fire/planet on his finger, in glorious black and white of course.

Again I would LOVE to have and or hear these tunes again!

Yeah, that Ezra was killer. I only knew of the Ezra that released the Livin'/Teasers 45, never heard this one before.
