I traded the Aurora 7" away. Didn't like it; too much cheese.

No need to blush. Dr. Feelgood were bloody great! I've been enjoying them, Rockpile & The Pirates recently.

The blush was an act of precaution (as I was being off-topic amongst the imminent threats of leather, studs and chains). I'm not too familiar with most of their stuff but genre brothers like The (Count) Bishops, Eddie and the Hot Rods and Little Bob Story definitely rocks both hard and heavy!

Dedringer
Rage

Girl
Bronz

and the likes. Too commercial sounding for me.
Early Dedringer had some good songs, but the later stuff is indeed very much avoid.

Also the Bronz pre-album/Max Bacon demo's had some heavy 'n' great tracks.

What do you mean?
Should for example stuff like PREDATUR be listed as metal? Don't think so...

Hey !! I like CHEVY.

I agree with Ion, MITHANDRIR is by far the worst NWOBHM act. In their genre, they're mostly as bad as KUSTER ...

You can add to the list : BERLIN RITZ, I've never understood why they were labelled as NWOBHM.

Predatur could be quite heavy though, there are less metal candidates like Fastway and Grand Prix who are often lumped into it as well.

Yeah, Fastway should have released We become one as a single then quickly disappear - leaving us a great mystery imagining what could have been...

Samurai is a great tune by GP though and that took them three albums...

Man, I love the Charlie Ungry EP, not metal, but great 60's feel rock. Totally catchy. Preacher and House on Chester Road is both killers imo. But as you said, not metal at all.
