Extreme Spanish Metal from the 80s

Post by Destrozer »

So what bands were there? I mean stuff harder than Muro. Metal in the vein of Possessed, Hellhammer, Bathory, Slayer... I can't remember any.
There were tons of Heavy Metal bands in the 80's, Death Metal in the early 90s and Black Metal later on.
I really want to hear some Black/Speed/Thrash/Death stuff from that era!

Yeah, thanks. I totally forgot about this band. I remember seeing their LP in a shop in Madrid ages ago. But I thought it was more 90s Death Metal that what I was looking for. The demo seems cool though. Will listen soon.

Aggressor (http://metal-archives.com/band.php?id=39015) seems to be an interesting band. Anyone has checked it out?

Yeah, I knew Fuck Off already, good band!
I listened to the Necrophliac demo, it was quite average, in my opinion.
Listening to Aggressor now, better that Necrophiliac, yeah!

Not really from the 80ies and from Portugal but I love the early Decayed works. Still a pretty strong band. Old Bathory alike.

Early Avulsed stuff is pretty cool (highlight: Stabwound Orgasm)

Elbereth's first 7" was pretty good Death Metal, even a bit Finnish styled, their later stuff is way softer

Exhume released a good Death Metal 7".

Human Waste were pretty good on their So Is Death CD. The rest is similar to Avulsed's Cybergore but even worse.

Leprosy Terror released a 3"-MCD, similar a bit to Massacre.

Nemesis Aeterna is one of the best existing Death Metal bands.

Proclamation, Teitanblood :)

Vidres A La Sang: Fantastic Death Metal on their self-titled debut.

Yeah, that Necrophiliac demo isn't that good. I liked much better their '91 demo "Visceral Fruit".
I know you (Destrozer) like crazy stuff so I'd reccomend you to check out Bastardos Del Metal http://www.myspace.com/bastardosdelmetal
