DRAKKAR (BEL) - "Stand Up"
DEAF DEALER - "To Hell and Back" (Rip their heads off motherfucker!!!!)
TOKYO BLADE - "Attack, Attack"
ACCEPT - "Livin' for Tonite"
IRON CROSS - "Mistress of the Dark"
ANVIL - "Free as the Wind"
BLACK SABBATH - "Falling off the Edge of the World"

But still, if one tries to be objective and place credits where credits are due, the best and most memorable riff ever is the one in "Children of the Grave". It's a riff whose legacy will live forever on - just think about that pretty much every doom or doom-ladden metal band with an ounce of self respect have made a song more or less based on variatons of this riff. And they pretty much all crush.
Like almost every riffs of the first five Black Sabbath albums !!

Hell, I listened to Sacrifice's "Forward to Termination" yesterday and realized they crafted their best song ever (Re-animation) by deciding to rip the Children of the Grave-riff off.
