... WRATHCHILD AMERICA are still boring to those ole ears. Not worst bands for sure, just bands I'd never think of listening to you know. Having said that, if an opportunity arises I may re-release Wrathchild America as it would sell good, but it would be purely a business decision enabling me to generate some cash I can then use to release something I like

CLIMBING THE WALLS is one of the best US Power Metal records, it has nothing to do with Thrash.

And I doubt it would sell, this band is one of the great injustices out there as they never sold, even being superior to almost everyone else didnt help them.

I really need to revisit this one as I haven't heard it in ages. From what I remember it was nothing special, but I could be mistaken.

And Wrathchild America sounds quite crappy. I liked them more as Wrathchild when they still played more straight. "Climbing the walls" has some nice passages but then he starts singing and the whole shit changes into modern crap. Really strange album.
I really don't know anyone who likes it ...

He sings like ... balapda dada dadada ... and the music plays the same shit ... It got even worse with follow up band. Can't remember the name ... something with Souls (at Zero??). They always played the videos on MTV Headbangers Ball ... what a shit.

About SOULS AT ZERO you're partial right. This really has that typcial 90ies Modern Metal sound, still one absolute highlite is hidden on an otherwise lame album:
