It's not a delicate ballad like Silent Lucidity - that's for sure - but it's still a power ballad. It's deeply emotional, it's about love, it's slow to midpaced, the solo has "ballad" written all over it, and most importantly - has a typical ballad feel to it, especially in the bridge and chorus section.
This is a privilege owned mainly by "mainsteam" bands, they did it better in most cases, but if we could award a band for great ballads, one of the nominees would be Accept, with the outstanding(among others) "Can't Stand the Night",you can start crying out loud now...

Badge "Something I've Lost" Judas Priest "Prisoner Of Your Eyes" Hell "Depths Of Despair" Dragonfly "Spacebound" Black Death "When Tears Run Red" Cirith Ungol "Maybe That's Why" (Good Call!, They don't even need lyrics) Dark Starr "Lovin' Strangers" Santa "Sobrevivir"
and the one that kills me the most...
Scorpions "We'll Burn The Sky"
These are the songs I would play if I needed that extra "push" to pull the trigger!!!!!!! Or when I lose the love of my life....
