Palladium??

Does someone know this Dannish band? I really need information and / or music (!!). All I know is that it's a Dannish band formed by Evil and Witch Cross members. Of course, this sounds incredible interesting since those two bands are, together with Mercyful Fate, the best Denmark had to offer!!
