I can't figure it out is it slower or normal speed?

I have a question and thought someone here could help. I was listening the other day Epicus Doomicus Metallicus cd2 Live Birmingham and I think that it plays slower than it should. Messiah's voice somehow sounds strange. Has anyone noticed this or am I imagining things? Any help would be appreciated.

I see that on discogs Metal Attack Planet cd is listed, so I was wondering was there such a release? As far as I know officially there are only two cd editions Rock Treasures and High Vaultage and I don't know about Planet cd edition. I would appreciate any help regarding this. Thank you !!!
