not exactly "famous" or "commercial" really but POSSESSED's Larry Lalonde later played in PRIMUS (both him and Les Claypool also in BLIND ILLUSION before PRIMUS too) SAVATAGE are still quite more popular in my book than TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA but they apparently make big bucks ...

maybe some people tend to think they keep the sleeve nearer to mint ;) but shrink wraps suck indeed. there's always something wobbly when cut open on one side to get the record out and there is really no point in them when using protective PVC sleeves

anyone who also receives stuff frequently should know how it should be done. but of course we have to deal with a lot of amateurs, unfortunately. received all kinds of weird stuff, from records in pizza boxes, records packed in sleeves of other records (or wrapped in newspapers) and just the stamps ...
