Also, I have to ask: Suck your what? Beak? Ball? You only have one? My condolences. ;-) Anyhoo, is there a simple way to check the ...

Re: Highest want/have ratio on Discogs
https://www.discogs.com/sell/release/16252881?ev=rb I know it's not metal... but 1 to 507, it's really mindblowing (don't worry about the usual scammer trying to sell it 82$ ) Yeah test pressings can be like that considering there were so few of them. There are a few Led Zeppelin ones that ha...

I'm mostly interested in knowing whether you look and/or sound like Billy Connolly.

Re: GOOD YouTube channels?
Hear, hear! Since forums are basically dead, and Youtube's getting old - us geezers should at least embrace the second most arcane method of discussion.

Thank you Sir. Have you heard the Dave Wagner Band demo from 1986 by the way? It RIPS. Dave is apparently in the process of remastering it.doomedplanet wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 11:41 pm Enjoyed the new sampler as usual! The unending hunt...

Re: CULT OF THE UNDERDOG Podcast : Episode 14 Now Available!
It's only now that I realise that this song was actually written by Janne Schaffer, a very well known (at least in Sweden) session guitarist and performer. I constantly learn new things thanks to this podcast.bigfootkit wrote: ↑Mon Dec 04, 2023 6:19 am 02. Baltik - Leslie Briggs ('Cult Of The Underdog' Theme) (from the 'Baltik' LP (1973))

Re: CULT OF THE UNDERDOG Podcast : Episode 14 Now Available!
I'm SO glad to hear M-80's - Angela as the first track! Did you find a copy for yourself or is it my rip? :D And yes, it's still one of the top ten "completely unknown" songs I've ever heard. 1. M-80's - Angela 2. Scott Morgan & The Hellacopters - 16 With A Bullet 3. Got a strange Naza...

Re: The North-American Heavy Metal 7" Guide (Ye Olde Obscure)
Khnud, what has been your biggest surprise on a 7" you have not heard before purchasing? Also on the other end, your biggest disappointment? Also do you have a holy grail US single that you're still after? Biggest surprise was probably SACRED REIGN. If only it had been released with a proper (...

Sweet, great looking cover, Dan! Let me know what you guys think, your feedback is what keeps me going! Rest assured, this is just the beginning. Sampler #3 is already complete (but won't be released for a while) and I'm about halfway done with sampler #4. And as always, stay tuned for even more obs...

Yellow-black swirled Avatar 7" https://www.discogs.com/release/4348815-Avatar-City-Beneath-The-Surface 250 want / 2 have = 125 Which is totally weird as there was no intended yellow/black swirl pressing - the yellow swirl is just a left over from when they switched from yellow vinyl to regular...

Re: Highest want/have ratio on Discogs
I find it curious that one of the more sought after 90’s records, Megadeth’s “Youthanasia”, is supposed to exist in 1000 copies only, yet 1138 Discogs users currently have it in their collection. I guess the “limited to 1000” is an urban myth and the true quantity was much higher. Maybe 3000, like ...

Highest want/have ratio on Discogs
I'm debating whether to put this in Into Battle or Metal Conquest, but arrived at the conclusion that this is about the bands rather than the collecting of music. So Into Battle it is! Just for fun - which hard rock or metal item (CD, vinyl, cassette) on Discogs that you've found has the highest wa...
