Re: NWOBHM sites or blogs
Indeed it would. Alone for the reason that most british bands even in the post-NWOBHM era couldn't get rid off their british NWOBHM roots. However, the late 80's scene hides a few raw diamonds. I just discovered a few quite respectable Melodic Metal singles that nobody talked about yet and if the s...

Re: Trying to remember an album
I find the for us and for them statement interesting as I am curious as to who the them one at the time for this band. I can't fathom and I do not even know of the band so I may be dead wrong, but a label of significance dictating their course in relation to the songs they make. Unless of course thi...

Re: Anyone on the US to recieve a package?
I'm certainly not as anal as many others with regards to condition, but to me if I'm middle manning something like this, I'm communicating with the end user as to when it arrives, when I forwarded it along and I would certainly talk to what was bought and how it was supposed to look prior to forward...

Re: "Collector Porn" - Vinyl, Tapes & Merch (2015)
I too enjoy those random tapes (finds). Here is one I nabbed a dozen years ago don't know much about it or the bands other than whats seen in the photo, interesting to me is its the 2nd volume and the tape is labeled side 3 and 4 so obviously (?) missing a tape (?).... http://i48.photobucket.com/alb...

Re: Anyone on the US to recieve a package?
Did not see this obviously prior to solution.
That said I am always up to receive and forward along and have done so many times prior.
For the future!

Re: STEEL ASSASSIN from Bay Area, circa 1986
Just to throw in some more confusion... I think there's a 3rd Steel Assassin from a uncertain part of the US. Intruder - demo track of 1982 http://picosong.com/XC5c/ It was ripped and uploaded by Egbert Berenst of Dark Wizard, Jagannath, Under Siege, etc. sounds with lots of NWOBHM influences. Cool...

I've had this one for many years. Special, maybe not, but still an excellent find and a solid tape nonetheless.

I'm certain you crossed this bridge already, but do these companies have any records or are they in existence? Did they participate in any other recordings? "J.T. Productions, Haymarket Productions from San Francisco.

Re: STEEL ASSASSIN from Bay Area, circa 1986
Also, honoring a request by current Steel Assasin band from Massachuisetts, to avoid confusion, from now on I'll be referring to this project as STEEV ASSASSIN :D Excellent band name I must say... Maybe a little different than your post, but couldn't you "sell" the discs for a cost that i...

Re: STEEL ASSASSIN from Bay Area, circa 1986
Thanx for the other preview trax! Promising re-release candidate! Except of 2 more or less below average tunes it's quite good material. Still if this stuff would be on any 80's private vinyl it would reach many $$! Better than certain top sellers for sure ... and vocals are not nearly as terrible ...
