i just wonder if these reunions are really wroth it...if so, im gonna be sorry about living so far away from the party... A bunch of old office workers try their dusty instruments out on stage, playing that one great song they managed to record on a 7" 30 years ago - What could possibly go wro...

Most probably the next one will be Sabbat (JPN) at a small venue in Finland. Before their show at BFOB I guess?
It's the wrong Sabbat but still okay

Cold nights... Wondering about the accommodation, one friend I'm going with says we should go for the free & simple camping, another talking about a hotel and taxis... First time there for me so I haven't decided yet. Is the camping area a good choice? Toilets/nearby stores/afterparty/closeness ...

Reasons 2 and 3 are completely subjective and I'm sure you could meet these same friends at another festival like KIT where they don't need to hide behind stupid gimmicks to increase ticket sales. The line-up announcement for bands pretty much speaks for itself in these situations. Unless the organ...

Aiden: Of course, but I think Muskelrock has such a big amount of regular goers that the organizers can trust on them now. This arrangement is not good for getting new people from far away to the festival but they would be a big minority anyways, I guess..? Muskelrock isn't expanding even though the...

Why would someone attend without knowing what they will be seeing? You can always drink at a local bar. If the bands are shit that's what you'll be doing anyways. Because it's such a great weekend anyways. I don't know about your local bars but at mine I don't see 20-30 foreigner friends. I will at...

I used the loathe the attitude I myself have nowadays - It's such a great festival that I kinda decided going without knowing the line-up of 2013. Now it really got exciting, it will be worth the small money it takes to travel there here from Finland anyways thanks to the atmosphere and small size (...

So it's a matter of distance rather than time?
Yes, because I can't afford traveling that far!

Okay, the vinyl is finally ordered now. At least someone from the band was telling how great the demo songs sounded on it on Facebook, hah.
One of my top-fave NWOBHM acts so will be great having it on vinyl anyways as with my budget the original single is lightyears away.

Ticket ordered, will be my first time there.
I wonder how Holocaust will be and if they'll play Mavrock and The Nightcomers, two of their best tracks in my books.

To me this sounds like Rolf Kasparek played in Satan with Brian Ross suffering from a flu. Can't really realize where any Mercyful Fate vibes could be found (it being one of my ultimate favourite bands). It definitely ain't bad, the production is superb and the song's good as well. Edit: Oh, right. ...

Np. Cirith Ungol - 1979 Demo I just enjoy these versions of 'Frost and Fire', 'Better Off Dead' & 'What Does It Take' a lot more than the ones on Frost and Fire. They have more raw energy and power (okay, maybe those aren't the main things real Cirith Ungol fans want from the band but for some r...
