Can anyone post Taipan's '1770' EP? I love their first EP and have always wanted to hear this one, even though I've been told it's not as good (I didn't care for their reunion album). Thanks!

Oh, so it did! Yep, congrats to James! He's picked up a few nice items in recent months.
It's a good single but not a Top Item for me. I'll save my money for something else :)

On this note When Vinyl was still being pressed and available in stores I THINK (could be wrong) the prices were $14.99 - $19.99 for a new release. That was 20 years ago. So to me a retail price for $20 these days is NOT BAD. Agrred but there will always be those who think the retail price is unrea...

But whats even worse is that you ripped off your costumers selling bootlegs with zero quality Again, any time that I've asked King "is this a boot?" or "is the booket cool or just an insert?" he has always given me a straight, correct answer. The buyer has a responsibility to kn...

Good points John. My simple model does not consider a significant price difference between the boot press and the legit press. As much as folks like to carry on about supporting the scene and being a true Brother of Metal and all that, the truth is that the price tag is the bottom line. Regardless o...

Is it OK to re-release/bootleg material without permission from a record label known to have ripped off its own bands back in the day? Who commits the worst crime? Personally I have little love to spare for the record industry as a whole so my answer is a definitive: sort of, I guess... Good point;...

Well, I suspect hload is just mad b/c King has now completely defused his ability to complain. Instead of fighting with him, King agreed w/ hload that the boot was crappy, offered apologies, and tried to pay him back... kind of hard to continue ranting and portraying King as some evil rip-off artist...

 @ hload. You're offered an apology and your money back.... what do you want, his firstborn son? Geez Well it would be immportant (and almost religious) for you if you were the copyright owner of an album that was already bootleged Your statement assumes that the copyright owner is planning t...

It reportedly goes for well over $500, not sure if 1500 Euros is reasonable or not

Thanks for posting this! Musically it's pretty good but the vocalist could be better. I'm not sure if he has zero range or is singing off-key or what, but the vocals come sound rather flat or 'off' in some way. The good music more than makes up for the singing though.
