Re: PROWLER (USA) LP 1984/85 - Fils Du Metal

Nice! Gonna pick this up for sure. This is the same PROWLER who were also featured on the No Substitute For Steel comp, right? Aren't they the New Mexico Prowler? The only US Prowler for me ... Unfortunately they aren't, these are the California band but NM Prowler are preparing something, don't kn...

Got my records today, thank you!
I have to say, in a moment of absolute clarity, this stuff goes up there right next to Sortilege. I wasn't so grasped by the samples, but this was quite unexpected.

For the technology geeks, e-book readers, the unemployed and anyone else interested, the PDF file colored version of Steel For An Age #3 is now up for free downloading. The physical copy is always better for the romantic ones, but still the file is colored while the hard copy is black/white, so it's...

I never thought of the Solar Eagle vocalist as much of an acquired taste. Sounds like the usual Queensrÿche worship to me. Of course he's not as good as Geoff Tate, Steve Benito, Tom Mallicoat or Midnight, but belongs to the same "family". Well, to me he has nothing to do at all with the Tate schoo...

no it isn't, Solar Eagle vocals are perfect. Hope the release comes out good, but... Well, I thought it should be crystal clear for someone into US metal - it's the vox. That's an acquired taste of course but yes, I hear this as some of the finest recordings from America! But then again, this is wh...

Do you know if Escudo Y Espada 7" by Kraken was ever released with a picture sleeve? I had it many years ago and it didn't have a PS. Haven't seen it since, only the todo homre.. Single! Υes, that's why I'm wondering, "Todo Hombre" came in a p/s, reason dictates this one should have come in one too...
