And Terrorama wins the brutal Thrash battle. Thrash? I thought thrash was supposed to include some rhythm, some guitar playing, some cool drumming, a couple of shredding guitar solos and overall some feeling . I have a hard time to hear anything of this on Terrorama's releases. There are 12-year ol...

There is currently a Chilean and Brasilian (spelling?) mafia ongoing, which releases tons of Thrash Metal CDs. And real good ones though. Worth to mention for the old-school brutal approach without any modern stuff: Andralls, Farscape, Sodomizer, Violator and thousand others from Brasil Assault, Dea...

puh, some Swedish Döds Metal history like Gorement CD, Exanthema/Chronic Decay CD, Expulsion MCD, Enigmatic MCDs, ... Well, maybe one of the rarest is the first Czech self-released version of Master's Hammer - Jilemnicky Okultista CD, which has different band pics, everything is in Czech and nothing...

Re: Bands that sucked ... and then ruled!

Oh well, a couple of bands come to my mind: Non Serviam (Swe). Completly average from beginning, but developped to a monster with "Necrotical". Deviser (Gre). Somehow boringin their beginning, but Running Sore is raging. In-Quest (Bel). Completly boring in their beginning, now they have tu...

there is an Exterminator Bootleg-CD available, still for reasonable prices (just search a bit with google, I got mine for 9 Euros from Time Before Time Rec.). It is sometimes called Total Extermination Expierience, sometimes only Total Extermination. The sound seems digitally cleaned from the LP.

Was Violent Force - Malevolent Assault of Tomorrow officialy rerelased on the CD (Roadster Records) or is it a bootleg? Bootleg for sure! Never released on CD! well, Roadrunner re-issues their old vinyls/CDs only with Metal Mind Prod. (with whom they finally agreed officially). So either the re-iss...

Nekrofilia Demo 1985 from a band called 666 which is pre-Törr Wasn't that released in 1983? according the CD-box it was recorded in 1985. Can't say anything else about it. And I really do not understand the Czech language in which the history is written in the booklet. Maybe this explains more, but...
