Re: Fongus (Mex) first LP

I have a self-titled record from 1970 by a band called EL TARRO DE MOSTAZA. Does anybody know anything about this band? I would appreciate any information! well, you have one of the rarest 60's records, of course very expensive and sought after. There's no info about them, just a bunch of copies of...

I have never seen that, and my friend in Russia hasnt seen it either. But well, in Russia everything is possible. In fact some official editions on vinyl look like boots (for example Arias blood for bllod or playing with fire). Anyway, I think megalomania esxist on cd format

I love very much the Sarcofago demos for example, which sound like a very good recorde rehearsal, or thse of Death SS which are very obscure sounding. Parabellum stuff is interesting or Reencarnacion. Mexico's Frightful cross had some very good stuff from rehearsals

Hard question:

Bathory - Massacre (because it was total Speed back in the day, the fastest maybe)
Running Wild - Adrian SOS (Total Speed the German way)
Warhead - speedway

But it could be any band like Acid, Warrant, Agent Steel, etc

In Mexico city we have a street market (Yosuke knows it) every saturday since about 26 years. It used to be the paradide for those looking for any kind os styff, ragging from Metal to rock to progressive to punk, etc. 70% of my collection comes from that market. Now is very hard to get even the most...

I think the album is great, as well as the demo tape I still have somewhere in this room. I remeber theu played live here in Mexico City by 1991, I'm not sure. It was great, almost as great as the Morbid Abgel show :D
