Re: The Metal Compilopedia

Only featured here is the Dream Sequence of 1986.

But i do think the 1983 release is by far more interesting - https://www.popsike.com/DREAM-SEQUENCE- ... 11366.html

Re: The Metal Compilopedia

There's a mistake here on the following Compilation, Dan : "Rock Huset - Start The Party With A Bang!" LP 1986 When you click to zoom on the front or on the back covers what it shows is instead the zooms of the "Rock Fran Havet" LP 1986 here - http://thecorroseum.org/comps/rockhusetstartthepartywith...

Cult Metal Classics released a self-titled Tarot anthology last year which looks to have the same content as 'Rough & Ready'.
Sounds pretty good to me:
Exactly !
Same songs.
Possibly different re-mixes or remasters - but if there is any difference between the 2 - is very little.

Re: "WARNING! NOT METAL!"-gallery...

Malc McMillan is insane. Not even a second of Hard-Rock or NWOBHM here : https://www.discogs.com/Stolen-Thunder-Tough-Touch-Mama/release/8116920 How does it sound rumblefist? I'm intrigued by discogs classification of a 1982 release as Heavy Metal/ Nu-Metal .  Something like Lou Reed o...

Re: Your top NWOBHM songs

There's a dozen or 2 NWOBHM-anthems that have earned the title of Greatest NWOBHM-Anthem Ever. BLACK AXE's "Higway Rider" is one of them. Alan's brand new review makes me wanna revisit the flip "Red Lights" right about now... The 2 Black Axe songs on the 7'' aren't any other thing than a vinyl re-r...

Re: 80's Metal fanzines - discussions/tips/page-feedback (CONTRIBUTORS WANTED!)

Thanks Dan ! Thanks Roman ! Will try after checking the ones i downloaded (no comedy zines for me) to comment. There are here some of i never read previously. But it seems that even the ones with less interesting content for me as the "Totentanz", have some good demo sections and cool vine reviews. ...

Re: Arc - Raiders of the Lost Arc

The rehearsal tracks are top-notch. Some people don't like these type of recordings but i have to say i'm a fan as closer i am of the truth the better for me. And i must add that almost all my friends or NWOBHM fans with who i talked about this release and who bought it are quite happy with these Re...
