I'm currently downloading and abusing climate data from the Max Plänck Institute in a wondrous twist of "who gives a monkey's fig" fortune!...I'm tempted to slip in this LP cover to my presentation at the end of the month as a moment of levity.

Can't remember if this one were posted before : Ritual - Naisha This song (band) is so amazing...those guitar lines! Ever since first seeing the video I've always kept in mind the sexy Anubis dancer. One step up on the "mythical creatures I'd like to shag" list from the mermaid, mainly du...

I've not really given any post-Arch Fates Warning a chance...but 'The Spectre Within' is probably my favourite album full stop! I worship Awaken the Guardian too' but there's something extra mind-distorting, intoxicating and other-worldly about Spectre...it has an unmatched moribund majesty. Especia...

Not an unreasonable price for it...but the postage seems a tad steep. I think the default must be set on 'Mir Space Station'.

http://pagesperso-orange.fr/thaneros/nouvelle.htm That's sad*. I think all of these are amazing! For Open the Gates on that link there's a really colourful back-side with a tracklist for 'Epicus Doomicus' instead! I've never seen the Candlemass vinyl....is that really what the back cover looks like...

Still is, I think. What happened to her is truly awful. http://fidei-defensor.blogspot.com/2006/08/my-wife-our-life-our-cries.html HOLY SHIT! That's tragic! I hope she's okay! So he's a Christian Academic and Thinker now? Not too surprising given the crushing weight of faith dispayed on those album...

If you grow up with some of these albums you're surely more likely to have a soft spot...and for me Vavel's first is really good.

The Summoning use digital just about everything but I love their music! I'm not sure that real drums would be a benefit here anyway...they are there to support and be humble timekeepers/worshippers of the amazing guitar lines and synthy bits. As for the vocals...well they are certainly not for every...

I decided to revisit the albums. The first was much better than I remembered, it's good, good melodies and songs, I like it! It's not metal though. Come into the light my son! I can't say it's metal either...I don't know what it is! "EPIC neo-classical guitar, electro, spoken word, symphonic, ...

Maxi and second album is PD, first LP is a regular one (unsure if there were other vinyl versions than this). Gravy!
