Better now then 20 years ago... seen Priest multiple times in 80's and 90's , so I am happy I got to see them with the original lineup, but what was the name of those drummers again.

Metallica Kill 'em Alll was released by Megaforce on cd indeed. It is not a boot. I bought it many years ago and still have it. I think I got it in 1986, but it could have been released in 1985 or earlier. I can only say what I know from my own experience. **edit I think I actually bought it in 88' ...

Here is a good example of one that bugs me and why I posted the topic in the first place. It is right on the speed metal logo... even though I am not as bothered as most people seem to be, I have to draw the line somewhere  http://cgi.ebay.com/DESTRUCTION-Infernal-Overkill-Canadian-LP_W0QQitemZ...

I started making a list for insurance purposes and kind of kept on it. My insurance company would not insure me without some kind of list. Decided to just throw it on a site and also use it to trade away or sell all my doubles. Don't have much left to trade anymore (so it worked)... I update the lis...

Yes perhaps a more general topic heading would have been better, but I am mainly interested to know about hole punches and I started ranting about other stuff. ANyway, good to hear about exactly what people accept and don't accept regarding condition. Rarity sometimes plays into this as well o...

Hole Punches in records... do you avoid ?

I consider myself a pretty picky LP collector. For the vinyl, I want solid VG+ or better. I will not tolerate writing on covers, ripped spines, excessive corner bends, however, hole punches don't really bother me as they are usually quite small and do not really detract from the cover art. Certainly...

New songs are not too bad, certainly better than the circa 1986ish crap, but the classic Picture line up is my favorite (ie Picture 1 and Heavy Metal Ears) very underated classics that deserve more respect in my opinion.

Show No Mercy and Hell Awaits... even Haunting the Chapel are the best, but Reign in blood is better than South of Heaven and anything after that album and is a classic record.

Maybe some people here don't consider them metal, but there is a movie called the Dungeon Master that features a scene with WASP where they play The Torture Never Stops or Tormentor?... though last time I saw this movie was probably in 1988 and I could be wrong about the songs. It was a pretty long ...

Impossible to answer, but i'll give it a shot. Mainly it would be stuff that has stayed with me since elemetary school... metal only, so i'd have to take another ten non metal lp's 1. Celtic Frost - Morbid Tales 2. Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden 3. Metallica - Kill 'em All 4. Brocas Helm - Into Battle 5....

Dimension Hatross is the most all around interesting Voivod album IMO, and even though I love everything up to and including Nothingface, this album just has everything I like about them.
