Satan Atlantean Kodex Tribulation Enforcer Witchgrave In Solitude Blood Ceremony Watain Attacker Dead Lord Black Trip Ghost Ranger Probably another 10-15 I've forgotten at the minute- much, much better year than 2012, bought loads of lps, got sent some good stuff (which working for a mag nowadays is...

The difference between this and other festivals is I would happily spend 3 days camping there even if no bands were playing. The location and atmosphere is better than anything I have experienced elsewhere- and I have only ever been to the first one. Every person I know who has been since has said t...

I put them in plastic cd sleeves (from other promo cds/magazine cds- as long as they fit!) and store them in a regular cardboard factory cd box so I can browse them like the are mini lps!

Album of the year without any doubt. Rarely can a band come back and capture everything that made their debut so good. Even the track I thought of as filler when I first heard (twenty twenty five) it has grown on me so much that it just fits in and flows with the album. Played it yesterday to an 'ol...

The Medusa lp is passable hard rock at best- a couple of bangers, and mostly rehersal room Hawkwind-lite filler. Unknown doesn't always equate to awesome... maybe I'm just getting picky with what I spend my money on in this day and age- but ultimately it comes down to personal taste which I guess I ...

On the other hand I love to do fake bids as well sometimes. When I see that someone put an absurd bid that's already topping death bid then I risk it and give him a lesson in violence!  I think the second bidder did the same. Give yourself a round of applause. I guess you do it s...

I totally agree that it's a terrible time for newcomers to vinyl to pick up 'classic' releases, even albums by big name bands with large pressings. It's a combination of things- emerging markets- South America, and Eastern Europe/Russia notably and not just in metal- a lot of prog collectors emergin...

If I died tomorrow my collection would go to a friend of mine (who loves metal but isn't a 'collector' in any way). I'd rather they sold it and had a good time with the money than it just being stored away collecting dust.

It just seemed really over rehearsed and sterile to me, the frontman especially- like he'd literally had a choreographer and practiced his 'moves' in front of a mirror for weeks to show how 'insane' he is... But hey, then again many of my friends thought they were one of the best live acts they'd ev...

Nothing even remotely comes close to In Solitude or The Devil's Blood albums for me. Also: Necros Christos, Negative Plane, Portrait, Hell, High Spirits, Blood Ceremony, Reverorum Ib Malacht, Morbus Chron, Sonne Adam, Vanhelgd, Maim, Invidious mlp, Reveal, Antichrist, Numinous, Black Oath, Craft.......

Well like I said I will take 10 copies of this one and future ones to try and get it out there a little more. Chapter VI is the second best Candlemass record in my opinion. Messiah is the worst Candlemass singer- I wish those albums would get rerecorded with someone else better, because obviously th...

Sent a mail to get 10 copies... Basically what I am trying to say in a drunken manner is the journalism is excellent, the easy availability is poor- very few people who would probably want to buy it look at or even know of the corroseum, wheras if they saw it on a distro list they would pick it up w...

Totally forgot to pick this issue up. The main problem has nothing to do with what the issue contains, rather just poor distribution- I literally have no idea where to pick this up other than yourself- things like zines are items I pick up when shopping for records online, so if I don't see it, I do...
