Anyway more JQ talk- bought the cd from DaN at Muskelrock- been waiting to hear these demos properly for a while now, Fantatstic!!!

Finally made it back to London after a 24 hour coach trip of hell.

Brilliant, brilliant festival, venue, relaxed atmosphere, people etc.- every band I saw was great. Thor's white sheet was a sight to behold. Picked up the Jonah Quizz cd as well.

When Earache were in the process of compiling that compilation I got asked my opinion and suggestions- needless to say some of the bands I suggested (Helvetets Port, Dark Forest, Lonewolf etc.) didn't make it on there and some utter nonsense did (H.O.D, Celtic Legacy, White Wizzard come on...!) And ...

Really enjoyed what I heard. It's refreshing to see so many 'new' Swedish bands that all sound great but all have their own style.

I'm pretty sure I'll be there. Unbelievably good line-up. I don't fly so it's going to be interesting trying to figure out getting there from the UK.
