Re: Non-urgent CD Inquiries (2013) READ THE FIRST POST

Thanks for the info. I will look for the Disc Amerique symbol. Any other things to look out for? Incidentally I heard that the first Sacrifice album has terrible production on the original CD release (the re-release is remastered). Is that true? 1st album cd release is with pre-emphasis. You need d...

Re: Favorite Judas Priest Album?

Painkiller is one of a kind album, in league of it's one. There was nothing similar before or after.Priest surpassed themselves with it, even Halford never sang like on this one.

What's the point of that smiley? If by chance there were some crap song that would have "good lyrics", it wouldn't make any damn difference to me, perhaps the lyrics gave me something to think about etc. but why would I "listen" to the song. Your point just sounds dumb. No, it's...

If I'm going to say something is really well written, I don't want to judge music lyrics by some different standard than I do other literature :) Then, dear Sir, I am afraid that you do not fully understand the concept of music. And, what do you do when lyrics are "good", and you don't li...

It's sad some people look at the release date of an album and then decide if they want to listen to it or not! I can see a statement like "new bands are boring while old ones rule" at least as a hilarious one, as much as a childish and immature generalization like "new bands are wors...

New bands are boring and uninspired, and I don't listen to them at all. Old bands rule. There was so much unexplored and unknown and i can't believe there are people who say that new bands are better. Never in the Million years. These 80's metal bands are 1000 % better than anything new. Iordan keep...

And those Roadrunner CD's do NOT sound bad in the slightest. I wish more bands sounded as good as my original Kinetic Dissent and Quick Change CD's. Compare them to vinyl equivalents and you'll see how "good" they sound. People like them because they are first cd pressings and no one have...

One thing I always loved about Bob Muldowney's Kick Ass Monthly Magazine, when I was a teenager. Motorhead appeared in alot of issuses.
Rock N Roll band in supposed important metal mag, in which at the same time, Mercyful Fate and Attacker are ridiculed. :?

FEMS is OK but Metalminds is a bit clearer. These two are good reissues, not too loud. Brickwalled sound is going on my nerves too. I didn't like Neat cd of Satan, sound is muffled. It seems that has been taken from vinyl. I know that A LOT of Metal Mind reissues are brickwalled to the max. The Cha...

Blind Fury - Out Of Reach, 2nd pressing on Majestic Rock, has crappy cardboard slip case packaging, no insert whatsoever, has not been remastered and crappy sound quality on the bonus tracks. I was also disappointing with Majestic Rock crap cd. Fortunately, Metal Mind repair that. Their versions of...

If you don't mind, from where did you get the confirmation? I am asking that because i thought that the High Vaultage label had stopped their activities. From Denis Gulbey. He rechecked it with Andi Preisig. Battle Cry uses goodlife records too. Apparently Klem still have cd's in stock and sells th...
