Death Rider wrote:According to Chuck Jones, Medieval Steel was pressed in 5000 copies. Also it was pressed in cassettes but I don't know the exact number. Few for sure.
If anyone has one, I'd like to see a picture of an original copy of the Medieval Steel cassette. Never seen one.

Was thinking if I should sort them alphabetically, but to hell with it. I tried to go for one band / one song, and that was hard on a few cases. Top 15, not in any specific order. Angel Witch - Gorgon Virtue - We Stand to Fight Iron Maiden - Charlotte the Harlot Tank - Blood, Guts and Beer Marquis d...

Had a hard time choosing, their all material is simply brilliant. Went with MĂ©tamorphose though, it's the most solid one as a whole album. Only negative side is that the english version doesn't do any justice to the french one, unlike L'armes which has really great compositions on the english ones.

Really an interesting choice, but I wanted to go this year and looking at the history they've always had a great line-up. I've also heard a lot that it's very well organized festival, I think I'm heading there anyways! Good or bad line-up, it's an experience anyways. I have a feeling that it's going...

I think I'd buy the new anthologies even though I had the originals. At least the High Roller / BBTAD releases are really high quality, and hard-to-find-for-a-reasonable-price / unreleased tracks mostly suprise me positively. On my current situation I'm far from getting those originals like Marquis ...

Overrated, but still a good album. If I want Slayer I'll prefer Show No Mercy or Hell Awaits.

Satanic, occultic and mythical stuff for me. Blasphemy is always good too.

Second up comes metal "anthems". Praising metal lifestyle. Such as Denim and Leather, Chains and Leather, Heavy Metal to the World..

I'd like to catch Satan live, also having some hopes for the new album to be a good follow-up to their "last" releases. Though I really won't get my expectations too high.. worshipping all early Satan material I hope they won't fail.

I got the vinyl today. Really good job again, except that the tracklist is fucked up. Out of order, I mean.

I really like the remastered sound, not bad at all. Don't breath the london air!

I just saw Sadistic Intent last night. They did really brutal show, even though I couldn't care less about new Darkthrone.
